Registration

All conference participants are strongly recommended to register online at the Online Registration System.

LTD20 provides an Early Registration Fee until May 6 (Sat.), 2023, to generate discounted rates of the registration fee for those highly interested in the conference. Pre-registration online is highly recommended to all participants of the conference at the official website.

The presenter of each abstract should be registered with a completed payment of the registration fee by June 12(Mon.). Only the abstracts with proper registration can be presented in LTD20 and published in the conference proceedings.

K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) is mandatory for nationals or citizens of 112 countries/regions, where visa-free entry is available. Please refer to VISA page for more information on VISAand Invitation Letter.

Credit cards of VISA, MASTER, JCB, UNIONPAY, and AMEX are accepted.

(Participants from Korean institutes) Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate your payment to Duzon.
(Participants from non-Korean institutes) Please note that the billing descriptor will be listed as EXIMBAY.COM. This payment method is provided by Eximbay and is billed as www.eximbay.com

By Bank Transfer

Please make the bank transfer to the account specified below.
Sender’s name MUST BE a Registration Number(4-digits) or Registrant’s name.
All bank remittance charges are to be paid by Registrant.
Once your deposit details are verified, the Secretariat will send you a confirmation email on your registration within a week.

Cancellation Policy

To request a refund and cancel your registration, please notify the LTD20 Secretariat via email at ltd20@ibs.re.kr. After the conference, a refund will be made upon receipt of this written request.
All bank service charges are to be paid by Registrant and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.
