How to submit?

  Once the abstract is submitted, the presenter and corresponding author will receive a confirmation letter by email within a week.

If you have not received the confirmation letter within a week, please contact the LTD20 Secretariat at ltd20@ibs.re.kr.

Submission Guideline

We invite all colleagues to submit abstracts for both oral and poster presentations. The main conference hall will host the oral presentations, which will be conducted in a single plenary session. However, due to time constraints, some abstracts submitted for oral presentation may be converted into poster presentations. Additionally, depending on the number of abstracts received, we may hold a few parallel sessions. We encourage all poster presenters to take advantage of the opportunity to create a video presentation, which will be accessible online and at the poster site with fast internet connectivity. Guidelines for file upload for video presentations will be provided later.

• You are required to submit an abstract via the Online Abstract Submission System. Please input your abstract into the system directly.
• The abstract should be composed in proper English and not exceed 600 words (excluding spaces).
• Please choose your preferred presentation format (Oral or Poster).
• The acceptance and the presentation format will be informed to you after the review process.
• Please only submit one copy of the same abstract.
• You can modify the submitted abstract before the submission deadline. Please click the title in your "Abstract Submission/Status" page and click the "modify" button after login in with your ID and PW.
